Important updates (Dec 2025):
Starting December 25, we will be transitioning away from GDrive, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This decision comes after careful consideration of GDrive's limitations and our aim to provide a more secure file transfer solution. Terabox also support Android and IOS.
Terabox app lets you download multiple files simultaneously and gives you the option to pause and resume downloads at a later time.
As such, please download terabox platform in order to continue to download media files uploaded from Dec 25 onwards. Old files that are still accessible via gdrive will remain as it is.
Guide Step 1-7 is for first timer to setup terabox.
Guide Step 8-10 is for subsequent mediafiles link downloads.
Step 1: Accessing the link , click on downloads
Step 3: After signing in, click on the download button again, then there will be a prompt showing "terabox PC desktop is starting, please wait". Do not close this page yet, as you will revisit this link again on step 8.
Step 4: A prompt will then appear for you to download terabox. click on "Downloads" to download the app, and then save the installer to your computer. For subsequent times, You can click "open" since you already have the terabox app installed.
Step 6: The setup will show/appear, click on "Quick installation".
Step 7: Installation complete, proceed to login on the app.
Step 8: Now, you can go back to the link on step 3 then click on "open" instead of "download" on step 4. Finally when prompted, click on "Open teraboxwebservice". For subsequent link download, you only need to click "Open" then "Open teraboxwebservice" , or you may checked the box "always allow..." so that it will automatically bring up the terabox app for downloading each time.
Step 9: After which, your installed terabox app will launch automatically, click on "ok" to begin the download.
(Same as before, after the paypal payment will lead you to the text file which contains the media file link. To download the actual media file, download and open up the text file first.)
Step 10: Check your downloads at the "transfer" tab, and wait for your downloads to complete.
For any subsequent mediafiles download, you only need to start from step 8 to 10, as terabox is already installed on your computer.

For those who failed to retrieve download links please email your purchase ID and title of the clip, we will email the link to you, apologies for the inconvenience caused.

4. Click on "Return to Merchant"
5. You will be redirected to the link and password for your purchase.
6. go to the link in step 5 and click on download button to download the zip package.
7. After download unzip the file with password provided in step 5.
