    all these videos that are ffrom 2020 year are worthless unless they play. and a huge waste of my money...

      Have you read the site instruction or guideline?
      Do you know that there's an email address to assist in case you guys met into any issues or problem?

      Have you unzipped the files? they are mp4 format..
